5. Equipment Return

Customer Notification and Dispatch

  • Notify the customer of completion.
  • Arrange for equipment pick-up/ delivery & certificate emailed.

It is recommended that units are calibrated annual to achieve accurate results.

1. Equipment Reception

  • Equipment Arrival and Check-In-Record equipment details upon arrival.
  • Inspect for any physical damage.
  • Record Accessories received with the unit.

In House Temperature Calibration

  • Data Review and Verification
  • Verify Calibration data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Certificate Generation
  • Prepare and review the calibration certificate.

3. Calibration

Calibration Scheduling

  • Calibration Resume once purchase order is received.
  • Perform Calibration according to consumer needs (Temperature Points)
  • Conduct Calibration using standard procedures.

2. Quoting and Authorization

  • Receive purchase order and authorization to proceed
