Density meters fully automatic sample feeding
The digital density meters for automatic sample feeding work with the proven oscillating tube technology. These density meters are ideal for high-throughput working environments that require fully automated handling of the entire process, from sample feeding to cleaning and drying. The AS80 and AS90 autosamplers with the DS7070 peristaltic pump are optionally available in the set and allow the automated measurement of up to 89 samples. The minimum sample volume of the transducer is less than 1 ml. The internal Peltier temperature control ensures a fast and stable sample temperature. Whether density, relative density, Brix, alcohol, sulfuric acid concentration or user-configured further scales, the possibilities of configuration are almost unlimited. Thanks to the chemical-resistant sample-carrying parts made of borosilicate glass and PTFE, the instruments are suitable for low- to light-viscosity, aggressive samples. They are used in various areas of the pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, food and beverage industries. They can be used to determine quality or purity and measure the concentration in binary mixtures.
