Semi-automatic sample feeding
These digital density meters for semi-automatic sample feeding work with the proven oscillating tube technology. For low to light viscosity samples, sample feeding and cleaning is semi-automatic with a peristaltic pump in these models. This means greater efficiency and greater safety when aggressive or hazardous substances are analyzed. The minimum sample volume of the transducer is less than 1 ml. The internal Peltier temperature control ensures a fast and stable sample temperature. Whether density, relative density, Brix, alcohol, sulfuric acid concentration or user-configured further scales, the possibilities of configuration are almost unlimited. The equipment is used in various areas of the pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, food and beverage industries. They can be used to determine quality or purity and measure the concentration in binary mixtures.
Basic functions
- Suitable for semi-automatic and manual sample feeding
- Drying unit and peristaltic pump with high chemical resistance
- Direct connection to the DS7060 drying unit with 3/2-way valve, so semi-automatic cleaning and drying is possible without replugging hoses
- Intuitive operation via 7.0″ touchscreen display, 6 languages selectable
- Easy-to-understand, menu-guided adjustment
- Scales such as density, relative density, Brix, alcohol and sulfuric acid concentration are pre-installed; Other scales can be easily set up
- Compliance with GMP/GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, Pharmacopoeias (USP, BP, JP, Ph. Eur.),FDA, ISO, HACCP, OIML, ASTM, ICUMSA, NIST
